The Malaysia Branch is managed by the Branch Committee elected to office once a year. The Branch committee must comprise a minimum of five members and a maximum of 16 members. The committee is headed by the Chairman with the Deputy Chairman, Vice Chairman, Honorary Secretary and the Hon Treasurer as the office bearers.

The Branch Committee meets once every two months to deliberate and discuss matters affecting the members. The Main Committee is assisted by several sub-committees which are assigned specific role, to organize training courses, talks, conference, annual dinner and other special event.
